New accounts: We have a $200.00 minimum for all new accounts. All new accounts are credit card or prepay-performa until credit is approved. Please allow 2-3 weeks. Re-orders: any re-order less than $100.00 is subject to a $12.00 handling charge. Delivery: all pricing and delivery is F.O.B. our warehouse in Cotati, CA 94931. For shipments under 300 lbs. our preferred carrier is FedEx Ground. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days. Terms: net 30 days with approved credit. To establish your account, please include 4 trade references including phone numbers and your account numbers with whom you are currently doing business. Credit Cards: we accept Visa and MasterCard only on new or established accounts. Prepayment: you may send your check for the amount of your order plus 10% co cover the estimated freight cost Claims: all claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 30 days of invoice date. The majority of our products are made using lead-free dolomite ceramic, a chip resistant, high quality earthenware. We also feature products made from stoneware and porcelain, which speak for themselves, having stood the test of time. All our products are tested regularly to meet FDA food safe requirements and are microwave and dishwasher safe. Our products combine art and functionality. It’s made to be used and enjoyed on a daily basis. |
